About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and process event-based contracts through the client’s online application for internal review and approvals
- Support the onsite Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Coordinator based on customer needs
- Meet all deadlines established by the Team Leader
- Maintain accurate records, perform data input, and complete file management according to American Express GBT and client policies and procedures
- Participate in improving inter-departmental processes, systems, and communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry level position into the meeting & events industry
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Confidence working in a variety of computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Willingness to learn and take on other areas of the business
- Fluency in English and German
- At least 1 year of event management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands
- Ability to work accurately and timely to meet deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and handle change well
- Must be based in Poland or Spain
