About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day operational support to clients
- Answer general user questions related to travel program management
- Create and monitor support cases as needed for post-booking and program management issues
- Execute site administration across multiple platforms
- Optimize client setup and support changes to user access roles and controls
- Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and preferred suppliers
- Generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed upon with client teams and account management
- Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and develop solutions
- Manage select project initiatives to achieve established goals and deliverables
- Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development
- Provide strategic support to the Client Service Manager and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full professional fluency in English
- Additional language fluency in Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages preferred
- 2+ years of experience in travel management, corporate travel support, or related field
- Strong understanding of travel industry operations and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft products
- Experience with travel management systems, preferably Amex GBT, Concur, Coupa, or similar platforms
- Problem-solving abilities enabling independent troubleshooting and comprehensive data analysis
- Proven multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in a demanding environment
- Strong dedication to quality and client satisfaction with experience in account management or client-facing roles
