Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing & growing assigned regional account portfolio across multiple countries in APAC
  • Client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and consolidation
  • Premium product and services sales, P&L management
  • Conducting client reviews (local, regional, global)
  • Escalation management
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from university with business, sales or account management experience
  • Data-driven decision making mindset and sound commercial acumen
  • Experience working with large Multi Nationals in the B2B space
  • A customer service orientation with experience developing strong partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for growth
  • Ability to work on SFDC a plus
  • Travel experience strongly recommended, but not mandatory
