About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing & growing assigned regional account portfolio across multiple countries in APAC
- Client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and consolidation
- Premium product and services sales, P&L management
- Conducting client reviews (local, regional, global)
- Escalation management
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from university with business, sales or account management experience
- Data-driven decision making mindset and sound commercial acumen
- Experience working with large Multi Nationals in the B2B space
- A customer service orientation with experience developing strong partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for growth
- Ability to work on SFDC a plus
- Travel experience strongly recommended, but not mandatory
