Key responsibilities & impact

Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex bookings
Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during travel assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant (or 5 years in another customer service industry)
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract
A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
A positive, “can do” attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Military experience/certifications accepted as a substitute for some requirements
