About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, establish, and manage comprehensive governance frameworks that align with organizational standards
  • Create, generate, and maintain reports that provide actionable insights into CoE performance and compliance
  • Share governance documentation and best practices across stakeholder groups
  • Monitor adherence to established processes and recommend improvements
  • Design and define work breakdown structures, resources required, and roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure all client and stakeholder requirements are understood and thoroughly documented
  • Lead project and partner calls, maintaining clear communication across all levels
  • Manage and communicate project performance including overall status, changes, risks, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies
  • Track project progress meticulously and flag anomalies or deviations promptly
  • Lead testing, project handover, and readiness assessments; document risks and follow-up items
  • Support CoE leadership teams with ad-hoc special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
  • Create a positive, collaborative working environment that fosters innovation and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ Years experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management role with a global company
  • Excellent communication ability (English required, multi-lingual a plus)
  • Adept in MS Office applications and Project Management tools
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to inspire change and influence stakeholders across multi-cultural, cross-functional groups
  • Positive, motivational attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Understanding of corporate travel industry dynamics and business operations
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms
