About the role
- Lead the strategy and growth agenda for two strategic partners, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives and opportunities for mutual expansion.
- Set clear objectives and expectations, ensuring alignment with partnership goals and program outcomes.
- Drive joint planning discussions, aligning both organizations on key priorities and long-term growth potential.
- Assess partnership performance and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for collaboration and scalable growth.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to strengthen referral workflows and visibility into lead performance and conversion.
- Monitor referral KPIs and pipeline contribution, identifying trends and opportunities to increase lead volume and impact.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined governance model for each strategic partner, including monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and executive touchpoints.
- Consolidate inputs across internal teams to prepare high-quality, executive-ready materials for governance forums.
- Manage and develop direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to elevate performance and build capability within the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across partnership and referral activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or referral program leadership.
- Proven experience managing people, including responsibility for direct reports, setting goals, developing talent, and building a high-performing team.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels and functions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured governance processes and manage complex partnership workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting lead, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and maintain a high standard of execution across multiple initiatives.
