About the role
- Lead the strategy and growth agenda for two strategic partners
- Set clear objectives and expectations
- Drive joint planning discussions
- Assess partnership performance and market dynamics
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to strengthen referral workflows
- Monitor referral KPIs and pipeline contribution
- Establish and maintain a disciplined governance model for each strategic partner
- Consolidate inputs across internal teams to prepare high-quality, executive-ready materials
- Manage and develop direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across partnership and referral activities
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or referral program leadership
- Proven experience managing people, including responsibility for direct reports, setting goals, developing talent, and building a high-performing team
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels and functions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured governance processes and manage complex partnership workstreams
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting lead, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and maintain a high standard of execution across multiple initiatives
