About the role
- Handle corporate travel arrangements for clients
- Manage workflow in a highly complex and fast-changing environment
- Provide excellent service while maintaining the highest level of integrity when dealing with customers
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of corporate travel counselor experience
- Strong international reservations experience
- Preferred Sabre Experience or Dual GDS
- Knowledge of American Express Point of Sales tools
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Strong knowledge of International Faring, Airline upgrade procedures, and Hotel amenities
