About the role
- Design and govern comprehensive global sales forecasting models
- Manage CRM data integrity, quality, and security across Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve system integrations
- Produce and share dynamic dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct comprehensive sales performance data analysis
- Lead and implement automation initiatives and process improvements
- Offer training and continuous assistance to regional and global sales teams
- Mentor sales operations analysts and coordinators
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations within a large, intricate corporate setting
- Demonstrated mastery in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting techniques, pipeline management, and predictive analytics
- Established history of crafting dashboards, tracking important metrics, and communicating data narratives with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Outstanding partner management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience with large-scale change management and process automation projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred
