About the role
- Ensure end to end health of your customer
- Build business plan and engage stakeholders to achieve customer’s travel program goals
- Deliver compelling and data driven presentations to drive adoption, grow revenue and retention
- Lead internal peers to execute strategic initiatives
- Serve as the voice of customers internally
- Handle customer issues effectively
- Provide periodic reviews to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in travel or SaaS industry
- Strong business acumen to balance customer satisfaction and business profitability
- Ability to create strategic vision, build action plans, set goals
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills of multitasking, advance planning, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment
- Ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network internally and externally
