About the role

  • Ensure end to end health of your customer
  • Build business plan and engage stakeholders to achieve customer’s travel program goals
  • Deliver compelling and data driven presentations to drive adoption, grow revenue and retention

  • Handle customer issues effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in travel or SaaS industry
