About the role
- Arrange and change domestic and international business travel
- Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs)
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
- Act as a trusted consultant to provide and sell additional services
- Work individually and as a team to meet business goals
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Corporate Travel Counselor
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel reservations
- Passion for excellence in corporate client service
- Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and independently
- Attitude of teamwork and openness to feedback
