About the role
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel for VIP clients
- Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs)
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
- Act as a trusted consultant using travel expertise
- Provide creative solutions in emergent travel situations
- Work individually and as a team to meet business goals
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Corporate Travel Counselor
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules
- Passion for excellence in corporate client service
- Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and independently
- Possess an attitude of teamwork and openness to feedback
