💰 $39,200 - $72,800 per year
About the role
- Provide specialized group servicing to client travelers requiring high touch service
- Provide customer service and accurate completion of international and domestic travel arrangements
- Accountable for both individual goals and shared team goals
- Prepare to provide outstanding GDS skills as well as vast destination knowledge
- Work hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 8pm EST
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate travel counselor experience preferred
- Strong international reservations experience
- Knowledge of multi GDS experience is preferred; Sabre experience is a must
- Knowledge of American Express Point of Sales (POS) tools; including but not limited to SBP, Quick Exchange, Salesforce
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and ability to multitask
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Ability to manage workflow in a highly complex & fast changing environment
- Displays highest level of integrity when dealing with internal & external customers
