About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to develop and execute innovative product designs aligned with brand vision and market demand
  • Oversee and assist in preparing technical drawings of proposed products for production
  • Research and develop seasonal trends and translate them into brand-appropriate watch collections
  • Create quarterly trend guides and style plans reflecting current and emerging fashion directions
  • Interpret design and style trends within pricing strategies and production capabilities
  • Design according to style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends while meeting the product development calendar
  • Photograph and organize catalog images from development through confirmation samples for internal and client use
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Sourcing teams to align design execution across departments
  • Update watch designs for each season
  • Generate recaps and presentations for internal sales meetings and external market appointments
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities supporting department and company goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry/Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in jewelry/watch design or accessory design
  • Portfolio showcasing creative and technical design abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with technical drawing, CAD rendering, and packaging design preferred
  • Previous experience in the watch industry strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
