About the role
- Support the management of assigned department store accounts, building relationships with buyers and ensuring strong day-to-day account execution and service.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets across jewelry categories.
- Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals across jewelry categories.
- Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with buyers through regular outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and support outreach to potential new customers as assigned.
- Monitor sales trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to help inform sales strategies and presentations.
- Track sales performance, maintain account data, and prepare reports using Excel to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on assortments, deliveries, and customer needs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management within fashion jewelry, accessories, or a related fashion category.
- Prior experience working with jewelry or fashion accessories is strongly preferred.
- Strong passion for sales with a proactive, relationship-driven personality and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and support reporting.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with buyers and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
