About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management of assigned department store accounts, building relationships with buyers and ensuring strong day-to-day account execution and service.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets across jewelry categories.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals across jewelry categories.
  • Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with buyers through regular outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and support outreach to potential new customers as assigned.
  • Monitor sales trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to help inform sales strategies and presentations.
  • Track sales performance, maintain account data, and prepare reports using Excel to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on assortments, deliveries, and customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management within fashion jewelry, accessories, or a related fashion category.
  • Prior experience working with jewelry or fashion accessories is strongly preferred.
  • Strong passion for sales with a proactive, relationship-driven personality and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and support reporting.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with buyers and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
