About the role
- Supervise and support a team of 3 staff members to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Develop and manage internal tracking systems for order statistics and procurement timelines.
- Oversee creation of vendor offers aligned with set margin structures; manage purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Maintain and grow strong supplier relationships while responding to customer inquiries regarding product allocation and delivery timelines.
- Create and distribute weekly purchasing and performance reports to inform strategic planning and fiscal control.
- Assist with the development and implementation of offer and order management systems within Monday.com.
- Prepare and manage ecommerce offer files; process purchase and sales orders using Excel-based systems.
- Generate performance reports, including Gross Profit Margin metrics, to guide business decision-making.
- Maintain and update workflows within Monday.com; upload and manage data within the Order Management System.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order management—ideally in an ecommerce or wholesale environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing small teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in platforms like Monday.com or similar order/project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both vendor and customer engagement.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
