About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality technology solutions to the business as part of a larger team
Design, develop, install, modify, implement, and troubleshoot advanced ServiceNow software solutions
Build innovative, fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development, and design standards and best practices
Support and/or install software applications
Participate in testing through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and software certification
Work within Waterfall or Agile methodologies/frameworks
Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analyst, and Infrastructure Job Families
Plan, test, and execute ServiceNow annual upgrades
Develop scalable integrations and solutions for business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proven experience planning, testing, and executing ServiceNow annual upgrades
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development framework, and best practices
Extensive experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance
Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI customization
Additional code languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or C++ are a plus
Experience supporting or migrating between on-premises and cloud ServiceNow environments is a plus
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required
7 years of relevant work experience is required
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered
