About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision
  • Partner with Transmission leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities
  • Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transmission operations
  • Introduce and scale innovative methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and track performance improvements
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Develop communication and training plans to support transformation initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing transformation team
  • Coach and mentor staff and stakeholders on continuous improvement tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and progress report-outs to drive accountability and transparency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Operations Management, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility industry
  • Proven track record of engaging in cross-functional transformation efforts in the utility or related industry
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation-related certifications preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex organizational environment
  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
