Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day engineering support for operating utility-scale wind facilities
Identify, evaluate, and resolve equipment reliability and performance issues
Analyze SCADA data, event logs, inspection findings, and operational trends
Support resolution of routine and moderately complex operational issues
Collaborate with field personnel, Asset Management, OEMs, and contractors to resolve equipment issues
Support operational safety reviews and contribute engineering perspective to incident investigations
Develop and improve monitoring tools, dashboards, and analytics
Support pilot projects evaluating new tools and performance improvement opportunities
Assist with power performance testing evaluations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has typically acquired 6 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred
