About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for entry-level tasks that ensure TFS' critical data is as perfect in real time as possible
- Coordinate with field teams and gather data
- Analyze TFS data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform project print review and assist in reviewing drawings
- Support creation of the location hierarchy and manage asset entry lifecycle
- Review IPS Audit Trail of asset attributes for accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance of Transmission Field Services data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of data/record management experience
- Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields
- Proficient in MS Excel, Visio and Outlook and data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
