Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for entry-level tasks that ensure TFS' critical data is as perfect in real time as possible
Coordinate with field teams and gather data
Analyze TFS data for accuracy and completeness
Perform project print review and assist in reviewing drawings
Support creation of the location hierarchy and manage asset entry lifecycle
Review IPS Audit Trail of asset attributes for accuracy
Conduct quality assurance of Transmission Field Services data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of data/record management experience
Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields
Proficient in MS Excel, Visio and Outlook and data entry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
