Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's regional facilities.
Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements.
Recommend space plans to meet the Company's business needs.
Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of small to medium construction and remodel projects.
Maintain the drawing database for all buildings in the region.
Perform budget analysis and forecasting of projects.
Coordinate with the Corporate Facility Engineer for corporate facility office standards and construction projects.
Provide coordination and communication to customers regarding office moves and remodels.

What you’ll need

Associate's degree in engineering, facilities, business, architecture or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of experience in facilities operations or space planning duties.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Basic Understanding of Electricity and/or HVAC systems.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer applications used in a Windows environment including Power Point, Excel, Word, AutoCAD etc.
Working knowledge of space planning and building design.
