About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement security solutions for operational technology systems.
Lead security projects and provide technical expertise in safeguarding critical infrastructure.
Create, configure, and maintain firewall rules and policies.
Manage network ports, port openings, and related access requests.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to firewalls, ports, and network traffic.
Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to support secure deployments.
Review firewall logs and monitor for unauthorized or suspicious activity.
Ensure firewall configurations align with security standards and compliance requirements.
Document firewall changes, port mappings, and network access procedures.
Support testing and validation of firewall and port changes before production release.
Design and implement advanced security architectures for OT systems.
Lead security incident response efforts and investigations.
Develop and deliver training on OT security best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in an applicable area OR equivalent education and experience of a high school diploma/GED and two (2) years of relevant experience in an applicable area or certification in an applicable area.
In addition to any experience included in education requirements above, must have four (4) years of relevant experience in a related role.
Strong technical knowledge of OT protocols and security technologies
CISSP or other Security certification preferred.
Over-time, on-call assignments, and occasional travel may be required.
