About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS, to nurture prospective students, drive action, and stabilize conversion rates
  • Own student journey communications from prospective inquiries through alumni engagement
  • Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness metrics
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs for applications, enrollments, and starts
  • Lead optimization of lifecycle communications using data-informed decisions
  • Ensure consistency of lifecycle communications across communication platforms
  • Partner with the Creative Manager to maintain brand standards
  • Develop testing strategies for personalized communications, targeted offers, and messages to improve student retention and program participation
  • Support academic and administrative leadership with data-driven insights and forecasts for strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage stakeholders and drive key marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate with students and ACE employees in real time using online and electronic media

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within higher education
  • Proven track record in strategic campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Deep understanding of B2B and/or D2C lifecycle marketing and customer behavior
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting educational data and translating it into marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead initiatives and influence teams
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, creative, efficient, collaborative, and team-oriented
  • Commitment to the College's Impact mission and civic engagement initiatives
  • Minimum remote internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
