About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project coordination, executive administrative, and operational support across various MedAxiom units, including Care Transformation Services (CTS), Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS), Membership, Marketing, and Ventures.
- Work closely with the lead CTS consultant for each project, coordinating processes and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a pivotal point of coordination among internal teams, consultants, clients, members, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track key deadlines, identify potential risks or barriers, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, operations support, healthcare administration, consulting support, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating projects, meetings, schedules, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to independently assess priorities, exercise sound judgment, and act appropriately.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting leadership and client-facing activities.
