About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide project coordination, executive administrative, and operational support across various MedAxiom units, including Care Transformation Services (CTS), Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS), Membership, Marketing, and Ventures.
Work closely with the lead CTS consultant for each project, coordinating processes and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Serve as a pivotal point of coordination among internal teams, consultants, clients, members, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, track key deadlines, identify potential risks or barriers, and escalate issues as appropriate.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, operations support, healthcare administration, consulting support, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience coordinating projects, meetings, schedules, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Ability to independently assess priorities, exercise sound judgment, and act appropriately.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting leadership and client-facing activities.
