About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate internal partners across pillars, regions, and programs to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures
  • Coordinate cross-functional and external partners as a primary point of contact for program operations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability
  • Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners
  • Support contracting, vendor coordination, and resource management as needed
  • Use data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement
  • Support trainings, events, or convenings as required by program needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong program and project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to decision-making
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required, generally no more than 10–20%
  • Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel as necessary
