About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate internal partners across pillars, regions, and programs to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures
- Coordinate cross-functional and external partners as a primary point of contact for program operations
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability
- Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners
- Support contracting, vendor coordination, and resource management as needed
- Use data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Support trainings, events, or convenings as required by program needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong program and project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities
- Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to decision-making
- PMP Certification preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
- Occasional travel may be required, generally no more than 10–20%
- Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to travel as necessary
