Provide leadership and engage stakeholders across health systems
Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring leaders, setting clear objectives, managing performance in an inclusive, results-driven culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare, or Nonprofit Management (graduate degree preferred)
Over six years of progressive responsibility in healthcare-related management, administration, and account management
Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and external partners
Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead teams through organizational transitions, ensuring alignment with evolving goals
Experience in designing and implementing community-based programs that deliver measurable outcomes and support mission objectives.
