About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and engage stakeholders across health systems
- Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring leaders, setting clear objectives, managing performance in an inclusive, results-driven culture
- Drive strategic integration of pillar priorities through strategic account management and resource alignment
- Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance while supporting change management and organizational priorities
- Deliver cross pillar collaboration across the enterprise (ACS CAN, Development, Discovery, etc.) to engage partners, volunteers, and communities in ACS priority initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare, or Nonprofit Management (graduate degree preferred)
- Over six years of progressive responsibility in healthcare-related management, administration, and account management
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and external partners
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead teams through organizational transitions, ensuring alignment with evolving goals
- Experience in designing and implementing community-based programs that deliver measurable outcomes and support mission objectives.
