About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads a team of Senior Directors responsible for a $20M+ event fundraising portfolio across multiple markets
- Drives revenue growth by ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives
- Minimum of 5+ years of people-management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with, leading, and developing leadership volunteers
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-market fundraising portfolios and teams of leaders
- Advanced strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance local market needs and organizational priorities
- Advanced financial acumen and portfolio management expertise
