Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives
Minimum of 5+ years of people-management experience
Demonstrated experience working with, leading, and developing leadership volunteers
Proven ability to lead large, multi-market fundraising portfolios and teams of leaders
Advanced strategic planning and execution capabilities
Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance local market needs and organizational priorities
Advanced financial acumen and portfolio management expertise
