Key responsibilities & impact

Implements and executes the real estate strategy for the organization
Manages multiple real estate projects and portfolios
Builds and maintains strong relationships with landlords, vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership
Sources, evaluates, and negotiates leases for new properties, or renewed terms for existing sites
Oversees site moves, additions, and closures
Maintains accurate real estate databases and records
Conducts due diligence and makes recommendations on potential property donations

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related degree
10+ years’ work experience in lease administration, lease negotiation, real estate development, project management
Knowledge of Real Estate markets, trends, property valuation, and lease structures
Strong project management experience required
Experience with property management software (Lease Harbor is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing lease deals
Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in area of specialty
Must possess excellent communication skills
Strong negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skills
