About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the operations and execution of cancer care innovation programs
- Proactively identifies and resolves operational issues and dependencies
- Coordinates and leads collaboration with health systems, pharmaceutical and technology partners
- Creates, monitors, and manages program tracking and reporting systems
- Facilitates cross-functional integration across ACS pillars and partners
- Identifies, escalates, and mitigates program risks and barriers
- Oversees program budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex healthcare or research programs
- Experience in clinical trials, health systems, or cancer care strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Strong program and project management skills
