Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of email marketing or digital marketing required
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification required (can be completed post hire)
- Experience with nonprofit preferred
- Understanding of nonprofit business strategies
- Demonstrated success in launching successful email campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of standard email marketing methodologies
