- Leads the design and production of brand defining work across digital, social, and print

Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Nice to have experience in motion/animation tools such as After Effects
- Proven ability to steward and evolve brand identity systems through high-quality visual execution
- Experience mentoring junior talent and contributing to teamwide creative excellence
