About the role

  • Support daily store operations, including cleaning and processing merchandise, setting up displays, restocking shelves, assisting at the register, maintaining organized sales floors and fitting rooms.
  • Provide comprehensive donor support by receiving and processing donations and issuing receipts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through greetings, merchandise sales, and assisting customers with carry-out support.
  • Support store initiatives, marketing campaigns, and communicate the mission of the American Cancer Society to customers and donors.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Years of experience: 2 years prior retail/service experience.
  • Some leadership experience a plus (i.e. key holder, lead or above.)
  • Driver’s License Requirement(s): Valid driver’s license not required but is a plus.
  • Vaccine Requirement(s): As required by government agencies for those working with the public.
