About the role
- responsible for strategy, planning and execution of fundraising events
- oversees event fundraising, relationship management, and sponsorship acquisition
- ensures alignment with organizational goals and achievement of financial targets
- builds and sustains relationships with donors, sponsors and volunteers
- ensures a best-in-class event experience through management of logistics and vendor relations
- monitors fundraising progress and expenses against budget
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- preferred 3 years successful experience in fundraising
- experience driving revenue through sales
- skilled at leading event teams
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
- proven relationship building and persuasion skills
- strong market, community and constituent knowledge & experience
