About the role
- Coordinate and administer prize winner tax compliance
- Independently manage routine licenses and permits related to charitable gaming and alcohol
- Monitor, evaluate and maintain exemption statuses and certificates
- Interpret and apply changes in IRS, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, internal controls and reference materials
- Assist the compliance team with unclaimed property filings and regulatory compliance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law or related field
- 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent of education and experience
- Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and determine appropriate compliance actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with ACS financial systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, SharePoint, Conga, and Workday
