Work structured administrative office shifts and assigned on-call shifts which may include evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Participate fully in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes and make-ready of units including cleaning, painting, furniture assembly, and basic repairs.
Give leasing tours, answer leasing phone calls, and process online inquiries; complete guest cards for each prospective resident contact.
Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives, renewal marketing campaigns, and off-site marketing efforts.
Plan and execute social media strategies, create and publish content, and interact with resident communities and target audiences.
Assist in keeping the community clean, survey common areas for cleanliness and report life safety hazards or maintenance concerns immediately.
Serve as a resource for residents and parents concerning the property and local university/college; respond to and document lease violations and enforce safety and emergency procedures.
Complete room/apartment inventories, key checks, common area inventories, required reports, and distribute materials approved by GM.
Participate in recruitment, selection, training of new staff, attend staff meetings and training, and model a professional attitude and positive team culture.
Requirements
Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associates degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university.
A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university while in this position.
Available to work regularly assigned office and on-call shifts - weekdays and weekends based on academic schedule availability.
Periodically work events that may occur in the evenings and/or on weekends.
Work a structured administrative shift in the office each week as determined by your supervisor which may include evenings, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
Work assigned “Community Assistant On-Call” shifts, which may include, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
Participate fully in the Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
Experience with Salesforce leasing management system and timely, accurate data entry of prospective resident information.
Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, create and publish content to a variety of platforms.
Familiarity with general maintenance policies and procedures and ability to assist in after hours maintenance emergencies.
