Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain show rooms, and complete prospect follow-up.
Give leasing tours, answer leasing phone calls, and process online inquiries; complete guest cards and enter data into Salesforce.
Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives, and renewal marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute social media strategies, create and publish content, and interact with resident communities and target audiences.
Keep community clean by surveying common areas; report life safety hazards or maintenance concerns immediately.
Become acquainted with residents and serve as a resource for residents and parents regarding the property and local university.
Respond to and document resident behaviors that violate law or lease; enforce safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies.
Participate fully in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes and make-ready activities (cleaning, painting, furniture assembly, light repairs).
Work assigned administrative office shifts and Community Assistant On-Call shifts as scheduled; attend staff meetings and training; assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
Requirements
A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university (Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associates degree or diploma in progress).
Available to work regularly assigned office shifts and on-call shifts (evenings, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays).
Ability to participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes (may include multiple consecutive days and extended hours).
Experience or ability to give leasing tours, answer leasing phone calls, and process online inquiries.
Ability to fully and accurately complete guest cards and enter prospective resident information into Salesforce leasing management system.
Ability to plan and execute social media strategies and create/publish content across platforms.
Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to mediate conflict and enforce community policies.
Familiarity with general maintenance policies and ability to assist in after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Willingness to participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, and community events.
