Conduct and participate in functions related to filling and/or leasing bed spaces: appointments, generating leads, social media initiatives, conducting tours, and closing sales.
Work a structured administrative shift each week in office/leasing/business center as determined by supervisor.
Work assigned Community Assistant On-Call shifts including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight as required.
Participate fully in preparation and administration of Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out; assist with make-ready tasks and grounds/common area maintenance.
Survey common areas for cleanliness and report life safety hazards or maintenance concerns immediately.
Plan, attend, document and evaluate community social, recreational, and educational events; contribute to community newsletter.
Respond to and document lease or law violations, enforce community safety and emergency procedures, mediate conflict, and provide resident referrals.
Perform leasing & marketing tasks: give leasing tours, process inquiries, complete guest cards, enter prospects into Salesforce or leasing systems, and support renewal and on-campus marketing efforts.
Complete room/apartment inventories, key checks, common area inventories, distribute materials, submit required reports, and accurately conduct student census as needed.
Requirements
A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.
Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associates degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university.
Maintain a minimum GPA and class load as determined by the property management guidelines.
Available to work regularly assigned office and on-call shifts - weekdays and weekends based on academic schedule availability.
Periodically work events that may occur in the evenings and/or on weekends.
Compliance with the Photo, Video and Voice Recording Policy is a condition of employment.
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as inventories, reports, and data entry into leasing management systems.
