About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform Requirement analysis from the use case documents and work with SME to clarify and provide feedback as necessary.
Design, Code, Test and Document the system.
Assist project manager and architects to review the project plan and software design.
Work with junior team members in understanding requirements and technology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
B.E. / B. Tech qualification preferred.
2-3 years of experience.
Experience with full software development lifecycle required.
Strong understanding of AGILE development principles is necessary.
Strong understanding of web and general design patterns required.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Core Java and RESTful APIs
Practical exposure of Java frameworks, preferably Spring Boot (Spring Core, Spring MVC)
Reasonable understanding of SQL, with working experience in at least one relational database such as MySQL, Oracle or MSSQL.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, and with common CSS frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc)
Basic understanding of how AI systems and large language models (LLMs) work at a high level.
Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Github Copilot or Cursor in day to day coding.
Nice to have – Exposure to AI Agent development tools like LangChain or similar tools.
