About the role
- Coordinate engagement strategies, develop educational programming and support member-driven initiatives
- Managing external engagement and partnership activities related to GME and transition to residency
- Coordinating events, webinars and educational programs (virtual and in-person)
- Supporting AOGME and CORP operations, including member management and communications
- Leading the planning and logistics for conferences, meetings and national summits
- Overseeing the development and distribution of newsletters, web content and resources
- Supervising the Program Associate, GME
- Tracking program metrics and evaluating impact to inform strategy
- Collaborating across departments and with national organizations to advance shared goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of professional experience in program management, stakeholder engagement or education program development
- Experience developing and executing educational content (virtual and in-person)
- Strong organizational, writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce, Canvas and SharePoint
- Experience in meeting and event planning
- Comfort engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including students, residents, faculty, and national partners
- Experience managing or supporting membership groups is a plus
