• Manage technology integration projects that enhance instructional design and learning outcomes
• Support faculty and students through training, guidance, and technical assistance
• Develop content, tutorials and resources for technology-enhanced teaching and learning
• Collaborate with internal teams and COM faculty to implement digital learning tools and AI-supported educational strategies
• Conduct applied research on the impact of technology-enhanced education
• Track and analyze adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement
