About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leads the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, health and retirement benefits
- responsible for developing strategies that attract, retain, and engage employees
- partners closely with senior leaders and external vendors to manage compensation structures, employee benefits, compliance requirements, and total rewards communications
- analyzes market trends and workforce data to recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and support organizational success
- has responsibility for health, retirement, disability, paid-time-off, behavioral health, work-life, flexibility and other benefits
- manages wellness offerings, compensation related programs and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-10 years of progressive experience leading the strategy, design and implementation for employer health and retirement benefits, compensation, and wellness programs with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong financial background and the ability to apply financial insights to compensation and benefits strategy.
- 6-10 years of experience developing and delivering communications to engage employees and increase their understanding of the entire portfolio of benefits and wellness programs.
- Previous experience leading the vision, strategy and execution of a modern and relevant employee wellness program focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
- Experience negotiating contracts, providing feedback, and ensuring agreements are executed appropriately.
- Develops and conduct RFPs regularly and vendor management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or Finance.
