What you’ll need

2+ years of high-volume HR onboarding or recruiting coordination experience.
Proven ability to work independently, focus intensely on administrative tasks, and hit strict deadlines.
Proficiency with modern ATS, HRIS, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Naturally warm, encouraging demeanor on camera with highly professional written communication skills.
Mentally agile enough to juggle shifting priorities for multiple branch operations simultaneously.
