About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations
Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
Handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions
Remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and reset equipment
Utilize data visualization tools and software to present insights to management and engineering teams
Support predictive analytics models for performance forecasting and preventative maintenance planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Electrical engineering degree or electrical license with at least two years of solar operations and maintenance experience
Experience with machine learning applications for predictive maintenance in PV and BESS systems
Ability to work independently and ensure seamless handover to the next working shift
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
Familiarity with SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and renewable energy asset management software
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of grid-scale energy storage operations, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks
Certifications in energy analytics, data science, or renewable energy technologies
