About the role
- Drive B2B business performance through advanced reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Build and maintain advanced sales reports, dashboards and databases (Excel, Power BI, BI tools) covering B2B sell-in and sell-through performance
- Provide regular sales analysis (sell-in by channel/category, weekly sell-through) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver accurate forecasting and consolidate sales team outlooks with order book and campaign performance
- Prepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights and reporting
- Support go-to-market (GTM) planning with aligned sales data, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Brand, Operations, and Customer Service to drive alignment and efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions and business growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, or Sales Operations in consumer goods, retail, or sporting goods industries.
- Go to market experience in a wholesale business
- Demonstrated success in building advanced reports and dashboards, and in translating data into business recommendations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query and Power BI
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and drive projects as part of a team
- Experience working in and understanding a B2B wholesale and retail sales environment
- Competency in ERP systems (i.e., SAP) is a plus
