About the role
- Lead the ANZ planning cycle ensuring that any financial updates are presented with recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement levers
- Partner with Strategy and Brand teams on multi-year planning
- Partner cross-functionally (Brand, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR) to deliver actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs, guide corrective actions, and reinforce budget governance
- Ensure strong financial controls and SOX compliance
- Partner with Accounting on accurate period-end close
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong FP&A expertise with advanced modelling and analytical capability
- Deep understanding of financial governance, risk, and SOX controls
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with proven leadership capability
- CA or CPA qualified
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior FP&A or similar leadership role
- Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce) highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with shared services structures
