About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen Amentum’s culture, amplify employee voice, and promote community impact.
Design and deliver programs that reach wired and non-wired employees.
Govern and manage the Amentum Connect Network, develop resources for people leaders.
Create opportunities for professional connection and engagement across the organization.
Own the end-to-end communications strategy and execution for enterprise employee engagement initiatives.
Directly manage one individual and provides strategic direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 15+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and/or organizational development
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end internal communications, including content creation, editorial planning, channel strategy, and performance measurement.
Must be a US Citizen to apply.
