Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
Manage IT Operations personnel
Interface with LM client to optimize LM Enterprise Network performance
Ensure excellent customer service for LMSP customers
Manage Fiscal Year budgets for IT O&M
Approve Standard IT Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Network Operations Team
Represent LM and LMSP in a professional manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with 5 of those years in leadership
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in IT Operations and/or IT Projects
Experience with Leading Technical Teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated experience managing department budget
Technical background in enterprise environments to support team interaction, project estimation, and project management engagement
