Requirements

What you’ll need

A four-year degree in recreation, sports management, or business administration
Three years of general experience in recreation principles
Five years of specialized experience in a similar role
Certified or able to become a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor
Proficiency in officiating Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Flag Football
Completion or willingness to achieve MWR Star Service, AECR training certification
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification before hire
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Ability to pass contract medical requirements
