About the role
- Provide oversight of the Company’s Subcontract compliance program
- Initiating, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating processes, procedures, products, or systems used as part of the Company’s compliance program
- Using technical judgment to identify potential operational risks, and developing risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions to ensure compliance
- Coordinating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with prevailing wage requirements
- Performing onsite/offsite training to the company team members on prevailing wage requirements and the Company’s compliance program
- Leading or conducting site visits, program audits, and field interviews
- Ensuring processes are in place for the collecting and reviewing of weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) and payroll records
- Investigating and responding to wage compliance questions and concerns
- Maintaining current working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and requirements
- Coordinating with Operations, HR, and Procurement Representatives to ensure up-to-date DOL Labor Posters are displayed
- Assisting program operations and procurement Reps with conformance requests
- Documenting interviews and generating reports for site audits and investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management or associated discipline
- Two years’ experience in a related field can be substituted for each year of the four-year degree requirement
- 12 + years’ experience in Contracts and/or Subcontracts management
- Three (3) years’ management experience, in a Contracts and/or Subcontracts position is preferred
- Experience in a high volume, Federal Subcontract global management environment
- Prior Federal labor compliance experience preferred
- Professional Certification in Contracts, Subcontracts field preferred
- Valid US or local driver's license and US passport is required
- US Citizenship is required to apply
