About the role
- Design and administer engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups across the enterprise.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all listening activities.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Communications, and Business Units to ensure insights inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or HR analytics
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with survey platforms and statistical analysis preferred
- Must be a US Citizen to apply.
